I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for me to sell my house and to do it with as much
ease as possible!!  I want to share my thoughts that you can pass on to anyone who is trying to choose who to use for
their real estate needs.  So below are my thoughts about what I think of you as a person and a real estate
professional.

I have known Lydia since 2001 and she has been handling all of our real estate needs since.  Recently my husband
passed away and he died with confidence that when I needed to sell, Lydia would help me accomplish that and she
did!!

only 1 weekend of open house, during December when the market is slow. Her tenacity and attention to detail

As first time home buyers, we did not know much about real estate. Lydia offered educational sessions for us
and helped us understand many terms and the market. It took us a while to get used to "nerve-racking" home
buying process, but Lydia is very patient in explaining and addressing all the concerns we had.

Back then when we were hunting for a house, the market was towards seller's side overall and not many
properties were released yet. Lydia listened to our needs and took a thorough approach to find houses for us.
Upon showing the properties, Lydia would mention all good, bad, and ugly about the house without reservation,
so that we can make sound judgment instead of being pushed or feeling pressured to make transactions. Her
knowledge in the market certainly helped us make right offers, saving time of negotiation for both sides. She
also works with a network of loan officers, home inspectors, insurance agents, and contractors - making our
home buying process more streamlined.

During our home improvement process, Lydia spent time suggesting quite a few ideas as we were
overwhelmed by too many choices of colors of paint and construction materials. She advised sprinkling
schedule as we mentioned our questions about our lawns. She really cares even after the deal is closed.
